Purchase orders are given 30 day terms from date of delivery and 15 days for returns. Returns are ONLY accepted if the item is in its original condition with packaging intact and all instructions and pieces.

Returns:We offer a 100% 30-day money back guarantee from date of shipment. Just send your item(s) back to us, in its ORIGINAL CONDITION and insured. We do not accept returns that are not packed in its original packaging which includes original plastic wrapping, box, plastic clam shell, etc., or without instructions, missing pieces, etc. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES THAT ARE DAMAGED BY IMPROPER TAPING, CRUSHED, RIPPED OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGE. When will my order ship?
We ship orders out usually the same day except during the holiday season when we ship out within two days of placing the order. We have shipments coming into our warehouse daily so if an item was ordered and is expected into the warehouse in the next few days, we will hold the package until that item is ready to ship.

When will my order ship?
We process orders daily. The only time an order will not ship within 24 hours of placing the order is if the item is in transit to our warehouse. During the holiday season we run usually 24 to 48 hours for shipping.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship UPS ground for most of our packages. We offer overnight and 2-day shipping when requested by the customer. Enter your request in the comment section when placing your order and a customer service representative will contact you with the price and if you accept the price we will ship it faster for you.
Do you sell my personal information?
No. All information regarding our customers are private and never resold.
Why do you need my phone number?
We only use your phone number is there is a problem with the order you placed. For example the city you entered does not match the zip code.
