Finding Sequence/Finding Cause and Effect is a collection of 50 stories in increasing order of difficulty, reading levels Grades 2-5. Each story meets the content criterion of State and National Standards for English and Language Arts. On the back of each card are four multiple-choice questions which focus on specific details from the selected text.

Each 50-story set contains 10 reading selections for each reading level from Grades 2 to 5. After reading the story on the front of the card, the child flips it over to tackle four multiple-choice questions designed to test specific reading comprehension skills. The child can touch his/her answer choice with a Hot Dots Power Pen (sold separately) for immediate feedback or can write down his A, B, C, D answer choices and check them against the included answer key.

Stories include many genres aligned to reading standards. These fascinating Hot Dot-powered story cards are the perfect tool to challenge young students and hone reading comprehension skills.
